For two decades, DalBon & Company had built a thriving real estate business along Boston’s North Shore, founded on personal relationships. But with massive internet aggregators like Zillow disrupting the industry, they needed to reassert their value, reposition their brand, and, above all, make it clear to a new generation of homeowners why a good real estate agent makes all the difference.

Solution:
Working hand-in-hand with founder Paul DalBon, we crafted a global messaging strategy that redefined the DalBon & Company brand, laying the foundation for who they are and where they want to go. Paul and his team now use this book constantly, whether to onboard new team members or to guide external communications. As we launch new marketing initiatives, we refer to this guide to keep our messaging—and our mission—right on track.
